Impact Crusher use impact energy to crush materials. When the impact crusher works, the motor drives the rotor of the impact crusher rotate with a high speed. When the materials get into the area which the hammers effect, under the impact function of the hammer at a high speed, materials are thrown to the impact device above the rotor continuously. And then the materials are rebounded from the impact liner to the area where the hammers effects for recrushing, then discharged from the discharge port. Users can adjust the space between Impact Rack and Rotor Support to get the expected size.

Working Principle Of Impact Crusher

This impact crusher crushes materials with impact force. When the materials enter the blow bar area, they are crushed due to the high-speed impact of the blow bar and are thrown to the impact plates on the rotor for secondary crush. Then the materials will be shot back to the blow bar again for the third crush. This process repeats until the materials are crushed to the required sizes and discharged from the lower part of the machine.

Ehen impact crusher in the crushing process, the blow bar and the impact plate are under great impact force, which make the blow bar and the impact plate wear badly. The damage of these wear parts will obviously increase the capital. In order to solve this problem, Zenith use chrome blow bar instead of the usual ones, coupled with the special design of the Impact plate.
